People with high emotional intelligence are able to relate to others which is an essential trait in the workplace. They are usually excellent in managing relationships, listening and relating to others. They can get through difficult times drama-free.
- Change Agents
They are not afraid of change and they understand that it’s part and parcel of life and they adapt well to changes.
