- Fish

The rich content of omega-3 fatty acids in some fishes is beneficial for your eye health. Some studies have shown that fish oil can reverse dry eye, and that includes dry eye caused by spending long hours in front of the computer. Some of the fishes which contain high levels of omega-3 acids are anchovies, sardines, salmon, tuna and herring.
- Leafy Green Vegetables

When mommy tells us to eat our greens we should listen to her because mom knows best. Leafy green vegetables are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin and they are essential for healthy pair of eyes. Some of the well-known leafy greens which you can include in your diet are kale and spinach.
